Gene Kolber, is her father. She attended Sandy Run Middle School, Dresher Pennsylvania. In 1982 she graduated from Upper Dublin High School. She received an Associate of Arts In telecommunications 1986 at the University of Miami. As a college undergraduate she was offered a position in Dynamic cable located in Coral Gables Florida as a Sports Director. Moreover, she worked there from 1984-1986 for two full time. The time was when she was also a part of the team for water skiing in the University of Miami.
